1. Connect your WindowsPhone to computer using Data Cable.
Copy the mp3 song that you want to make it as ringtone into ringtones folder.
Remove the Phone from Computer.
Restart(Switch Off then On) your mobile.
Goto Settings->Ringtones+Sounds -> Ringtones (Now you can see the Mp3 song that you copied to Ringtone folder.)
