Tur jau nav teikts ka pavadonis nav pilngadīgs, es sapratu , ka viņa ir tīnu vecumā:D
Pavadonis ir jābūt ne tikai pilngadīgai personai, bet arī šīs personas vārdam ir jābūt ierakstītam notariāli apstiprinātā viena vecāka, kas ir LR pilsonis atļaujā bērnam doties kādā braucienā uz ārzemēm.
